Privacy policy

 

  1. This Privacy Policy sets out the principles on which the personal data obtained by JS-IP Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością is processed and your basic rights relating to the processing of personal data by JS-IP Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością.
  2. The administrator of the personal data is:
    JS-IP Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Kraków (31-513), at ul. Olszańska 7, registered in the District Court for Kraków Śródmieście, XI Economic Division of the National Court Register, no. KRS 0001151726, NIP 6751809053, REGON 540740776, hereinafter referred to as ‘Administrator’ or ‘JS-IP’.
  3. Personal data collected by JS-IP shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: ‘RODO’) and Polish regulations issued in connection with RODO, including the Act of 10 May 2018 on personal data protection. JS-IP processes personal data that the user has disclosed on the website www.js-ip.pl or in direct contact with the Administrator, i.e. in an email addressed to the Administrator or during a telephone conversation. The processing of the data takes place within the scope of:
    the establishment and execution of cooperation,
    concluding and performing contracts with users, including for invoicing and service provision,
    to carry out its own marketing and promotional activities - Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, including sending a newsletter,
    to comply with legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator in connection with the conduct of its business activities,
    sending commercial information by electronic means pursuant to Article 10(2) of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means of 18 July 2002,
    use of telecommunications terminal equipment and automatic calling systems for direct marketing purposes in accordance with Article 172 of the Act of 16 July 2004. Telecommunications Law.
  4. JS-IP collects or may collect the following personal data: 
    (a) identification data (including name, surname, date and place of birth), 
    (b) contact data (telephone number, address, e-mail address), 
    c) employment data, 
    d) other data provided by the user in the course of contact. 
    The processing of personal data is voluntary but the refusal to provide the data or the request for deletion of the data may prevent contact or the performance of the service. The processing of personal data in the provision of legal assistance services is regulated in contracts concluded with clients, in the general terms and conditions for the provision of legal services or on the basis of individual arrangements.
  5. In accordance with the principles set out in the legal provisions on the protection of personal data, the user has the right to access the collected personal data, the right to rectify, erase or restrict their processing and the right to data portability, to object to the processing of data, to withdraw the consent given at any time, whereby the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal, to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  6. Browsing the content of the website does not require the provision of personal data other than automatically acquired information about connection parameters. JS-IP does not profile your personal data as one form of automated personal data processing.
  7. Personal data shall be processed appropriately until the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator related to the processing of specific data are realised, i.e. for the period necessary for the performance of the agreements concluded with JS-IP, including after their execution, due to the possibility of the parties exercising their rights under the agreement, as well as due to the possible enforcement of receivables; until the expiry of the statute of limitations related to the agreement to which the processing of personal data is related or related to the statute of limitations of obligations under the law; until an objection is raised with regard to processing for marketing purposes.
  8. In order to perform the contract, the Administrator may make the collected data available to employees, co-workers, courier companies, postal operator, online payment system operators, companies providing IT services to the Administrator, as well as to other entities processing the data on behalf of the Administrator on the basis of a contract of entrustment of personal data processing by administrative bodies, state services and courts. Personal data is not transferred to countries outside the European Union. In the event that personal data is transferred to third countries outside the EU, the Administrator will apply appropriate measures to ensure the security of personal data. In connection with its cooperation with its suppliers and other law firms, JS-IP may entrust the processing of personal data to the entities indicated above. These entities will then be obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the personal data and to process it in accordance with data protection legislation.
  9. The Administrator shall make every effort to secure the personal data and protect it from third parties and shall supervise the security of the data throughout its processing in such a way as to ensure protection against unauthorised access by third parties, damage or loss.
     

 

Cookies

Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the user's terminal equipment and are intended for the use of the website. Cookies allow us to identify the software used by the user and to adapt the website individually for each user. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain from which they originate, the length of time they are stored on the device and the assigned value.
